There were errors in the uploaded XML file. If I submit a new file, can CMDP tell if it’s ‘revised’?

CMDP cannot know that a revised submission is being uploaded. Instead, review the validations then Remove the Job (see screenshot below), go into your template and fix the errors, save as an XML file again, and then submit the corrected file. If you do not remove the file then the error free rows will be in CMDP, while incorrect ones (ones with pertinent validation errors) will not, and you will have to create a new Excel document with only the fixed rows – that gets complicated.
