Error uploading XML file when using Sample Results Template

You may receive an error message like this if modifications are made to the Sample Results Template and you try to upload the subsequently generated XML file to CMDP:

If you use the Sample Results Template to generate an XML file for upload to CMDP, please follow these tips to avoid receiving an error:

Do not make any modification to the Sample Results Template, for example adding extra tabs/sheets 

• The Microbial, Chems-Rads and Cryptosporidium tabs need to be the first three tabs on the left. 

• If the Sample Results Template is modified, and this is not recommended, all additions must be made to the right of the NOTES tab
