Q:  What Labs are currently using CMDP for reporting? 

A:  Labs reporting CMDP by states/region are on the tab, “CMDP Lab Info.”  Labs reporting CMDP for multiple primacy agencies are on the tab “CMDP Multi State Labs.”  These items are part of the SDWIS Contact list in the ASDWA site.
